Minggu Praktik Kitchen - Chocolate Mousse

CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Resep:

- 145 gr dark chocolate

- garam secubit (pinch of salt)

- 1 lembar gelatin (rendam air dingin) / 4 gr gelatin bubuk (1 sheet gelatine / 4 gr gelatine powder)

- 115 gr susu cair (milk)

- 225 gr whiping cream cair dingin

- 1/2 sdt vanilla extract


chantily cream:

- 70 gr whipping cream cair, dingin

- 7 gr gula pasir
