CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Recipe:

- 145 gr dark chocolate

- Pinch of salt

- 1 sheet of gelatin 

- 115 gr fresh milk

- 225 gr whiping cream (cold)

- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


chantily cream:

- 70 gr whipping cream (cold)

- 7 gr sugar
