Minggu Praktik Kitchen - Fruit Pie (English Version)
hi everybody,
today we will make fruit pie,
we use pie skin with pastry cream filling and fruit.
we use kiwi, strawberry, orange, grape, cherry and mint leaves as garnish.
Ingredient:
260 gr of low/medium protein flour
80 gr powdered sugar
125 gr cold butter, cut into dice
2 egg yolks
¾ tsp salt
Pastry cream:
450 ml full cream milk
80 gr sugar
4 egg yolks
25 gr of medium protein flour
20 gr cornstarch
35 gr butter
1-2 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp salt
