Kluwak, soak in hot water - 3 pcs

Coriander - 2 tsp
Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Ground nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric - 2 cm
Ginger - 3 cm
White pepper - 1 tsp
Spices:
Lemongrass, bruised - 1 stalk
Ginger, bruised - 2 cm
Bay leaf - 2 pieces
Orange leaves - 3 pieces
Cinnamon - 3 cm
Cardamom - 1 piece
Cloves - 4 pcs
Brown sugar - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
PEANUT SAUCE
100g fried peanuts
1.5 tbsp brown sugar
150g ribs cooking broth
1.5 tbsp lime
2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
