Recipe:

Vla :

1200 ml coconut milk (1 coconut)

300 gr sugar (15 tbsp)

7 tbsp flour



Pisang ijo Skin:

500 gr flour (3 cups)

750 ml of water (3 cups)

3 tbsp margarine

1 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp pandan paste


filling:

Pisang raja


additional topping:

Sweetened condensed milk

DHT syrup Ambon banana flavor

(Can be replaced with coco pandan syrup)
