Minggu Praktik Kitchen - Quiche Lloraine (English Version)

 hi everybody,

today we are going to make quiche lloraine

with the following recipe


Pie crust:

- 125 Gr unsalted butter

- 250 Gr All-purpose flour (all-purpose flour)

- 1 Egg (egg)

- 4-5 tablespoons of cold water (4-5 tablespoons of cold water)

- 2 pinches of salt (2 pinches of salt)




FILLING :

- 1/2 Onions (onions)

- 3 cloves of garlic (garlic)

- 3 Sausages

- 7 white mushrooms (white mushroom)

- 1 bunch of spinach (Spinach)

- Salt pepper sincerely (salt & pepper, taste)


CUSTARDS:

- 2 chicken eggs (eggs)

- 1 egg yolk (yolk)

- 100 gr/ml milk (milk)

- 100 gr/ml cream


Pan size: 20 cm

Oven temperature : 180 c
